At 311 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Yulee, or 8 miles northeast of Callahan, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
St. Marys, Kingsland, Fernandina Beach, Kings Bay Base, Yulee, Talbot
Island, Amelia City, Little Talbot Island, and Dungeness.
