* At 1243 PM EDT/1143 AM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located over
  Francesville, or 12 miles east of Rensselaer, moving east at 45
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Monticello, Knox, Winamac, Monon, North Judson, Wolcott,
