Delaware County through 345 PM EDT...

At 331 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Matthews, or 9 miles south of Upland, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Eaton and Gaston.

This includes Interstate 69 between mile markers 247 and 252.
