The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  the White River at Spencer.

  - At 9:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 13.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 13.7 feet tonight. It will
    then fall to 12.4 feet early Thursday morning. It will rise
    slightly to 12.9 feet Thursday evening after which it will
    fall again, remaining below flood stage.
