...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn, 
  Franklin, Ohio and Ripley.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 359 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of
    rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1
    inch are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Harrison, Batesville, Lawrenceburg, Greendale, Aurora,
    Brookville, Bright, Hidden Valley, Versailles, Milan, Osgood,
    Dillsboro, Oldenburg, Shawnee, Moores Hill, Guilford,
    Wilmington, Logan, Manchester and Sunman.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
