            At least three feet of water covered 
            portions of the Briarcliff neighborhood and 
            Lancaster Road corridor near Blacklick 
            Creek. Multiple homes were inundated into 
            the first floor and several cars were 
            submerged past their hoods. Several water 
            rescues were completed to remove residents.
