KEY MESSAGE 1) Surface high pressure will shift slowly east across the mid Ohio Valley region through Tuesday. This will lead to dry conditions and below normal temperatures. Highs today will be in the mid to upper 70s, moderating a bit for Tuesday when highs will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s. A weak mid level short wave will drop down across the southern Great Lakes Wednesday into Thursday.
