In southeast Kansas, Allen, Elk, Greenwood, Wilson and Woodson. * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 342 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate 1 to 3 inches of rain fell in a short period of time overnight across the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
