* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 592 Central Sierra. Fire
  weather zone 593 North Kings River. Fire weather zone 594
  Sequoia Kings. Fire weather zone 595 Lake Isabella. Elevations
  from 4,000 feet and above.

* TIMING...Until 10 PM PDT this evening.

* WINDS...East winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity between 15 to 25 
  percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
