Clear, dry conditions will develop this afternoon and continue 
through the upcoming week. Min RH values between 15 and 20 percent
are expected through much of the week with poor to moderate 
overnight recoveries around 30 to 35 percent. Winds will primarily
be from the west, around 5 mph at eye level, and 10 to 15 mph along 
the surrounding ridges. Overnight winds will shift to the southeast, 
downsloping from Bear Mountain around 5 mph.
