.DISCUSSION...
Clear, dry conditions will develop this afternoon and continue 
through the upcoming week. Min RH values between 15 and 20 percent
are expected today with poor overnight recoveries around 25 to 30
percent. Lower minRH values are anticipated for Tuesday and 
Wednesday at 10 to 12 percent. Winds will primarily be from the NW
today, around 5 mph at eye level, and 10 to 15 mph at 20 ft. 
Surrounding ridges are expected to get up to 15 to 20 mph later 
this afternoon. Overnight winds will shift to the ESE, generally 
between 5 and 10 mph, however marginally stronger downslope winds 
are possible as they descend through the 178 canyon.
