RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PDT FRIDAY FOR STRONG 
WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR ELEVATIONS ABOVE 4,000 FEET OF
THE SIERRA NEVADA AND THE KERN COUNTY MOUNTAINS. Winds will begin
to decrease over the course of the day as the surface front moves
out of the area. However, be aware that areas along the Thermal 
Belt will have increased winds after sunset, but quickly die off 
throughout the night. Into the weekend, expect temperatures to 
begin to fall as a low pressure system makes it's way into the 
area. This will bring temperatures cooling Sunday into Monday. No
precipitation is expected this weekend.
