Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60 NM...

At 603 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 17 nm west of Surfside Jetty
to 10 nm northeast of Brazos 469 to near Brazos A4, moving east at 40
knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts in excess of 50 knots, and small 
         hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
         hazardous seas. Boats could suffer significant structural 
         damage in high winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly 
         higher waves.

Galveston A122, Brazos 400, Brazos A4, Galveston A196, Brazos 469,
Galveston A250, Brazos 548, Brazos A70, Brazos 439, Galveston A171,
Galveston 344, Brazos A85, Buoy 42019, Brazos A26, Brazos B133,
Brazos A110, East Breaks 228, and northeastern East Matagorda Bay.
