...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL SWAIN COUNTY
THROUGH 645 PM EDT...

At 619 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles southwest of Bryson City, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bryson City, Smoky Mountains-Deep Creek, Fontana Lake, Luada, Wesser,
Almond, and Alarka.
