This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...

Locations along and south of U.S. 40 have a 20% chance of seeing 
brownout conditions in blowing dust Monday afternoon. Rapid 
reductions in visibility would make make driving dangerous.

Monday night into Tuesday morning, a Freeze Watch is in effect for
eastern Colorado as temperatures around 30 degrees are forecast 
posing a risk to vegetation.
