a threat Monday afternoon and into the coming workweek, favoring the 
higher terrain. Heavy rain, flash flooding, and debris flows will are
possible, though the probabilities are low (less than 20%). Gusty 
outflow winds and frequent lightning will also be a threat with any
storms. Minimum humidities remain above 15% through the period, with 
very light, terrain driven winds.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (35-45 percent). Slight chance of 
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
