Stephens County through 330 PM CDT...

At 254 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm with 
weak rotation around 6 miles northeast of Breckenridge, moving 
northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Funnel clouds and winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds 
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured 
         objects.
