            Broadcast media reported damage to an auto 
            repair shop, where flood waters entered the 
            business and moved around vehicles inside. 
            Vehicles were also damaged in the parking 
            lot. Upstream runoff overwhelmed detention 
            areas around 1:05 AM EDT, causing downstream 
            flooding at the business.
