.SYNOPSIS...North winds will be light to gentle in all waters 
through Friday morning. Low short period seas will allow for the 
sea state to be mostly controlled by a mid period northwest swell 
around 5 feet and another mid period southwest swell around 3 
feet. Though not too steep, these opposing swells will still make 
for a chaotic sea state. Moderate to strong north winds will 
gradually rebuild first in the southern waters Friday night before
moving northward over the weekend.
