* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 23.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.2 feet
    this morning. It will then fall below flood stage just after
    midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
