...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE FRIDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Platte River near Agency.

* WHEN...Until late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Flooding begins at the east border of
  Agency.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 23.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 25.8 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will rise to 26.4 feet Thursday morning. It will then
    fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
