  - At 10:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 19.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.6 feet
    tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
    tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
