  - At 9:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just
    after midnight tonight to a crest of 21.6 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
