  - At 10:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 19.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
    this evening and continue rising to a crest of 24.0 feet late
    tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
