extending from 16 nm east of Harbor Beach to 10 nm east of Port
Sanilac to near Port Huron, moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.
