* At 547 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 9 nm west of Sandusky Bay to 32 nm south of North
  Cape, moving northeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Put-In-Bay, Huron, Kelleys Island, Sandusky Bay, and Western
  Vermilion.
