* At 552 AM EDT, showers were located along a line extending from 19
  nm northwest of Avon Point to 11 nm northwest of Lorain Harbor to
  near Huron, moving east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Western Vermilion, Avon Point, Huron, Lorain Harbor, Vermilion,
  Willowick, and Cleveland.
