* At 621 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 NM north of
  Wappoo Cut, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Charleston Nearshore Reef, Rattlesnake Shoal, Air Force Reef,
  Charleston Coastal Anglers, Capers Island Buoy, Charleston Harbor
  Entrance, Crab Bank, Capers Reef, Castle Pinkney, Wappoo Cut,
