For the following areas...
  Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA out 60 NM...
  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM...

At 1017 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 9
NM east of Kiawah Reef to over Ossabaw Sound, moving southeast at 15
knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Buoy. At 1011 PM, a Weatherflow sensor reported a 42 knot
         wind gust.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
  Betsy Ross Reef, R7 Tower, Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, Hilton Head Reef,
  Hunting Island Reef, General Gordon, Fripp Island Reef, Dredge
  Henry, Buoy L, Latex Barge, Sayler Barge, Tug Delta Diamond, Tug
  Senasqua, Fripp Island Wreck and Gaskins Bank Wreck.
