...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southern Clarendon
and eastern Orangeburg Counties through 645 PM EDT...

At 555 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Summerton, or 13 miles southwest of Manning, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Manning, Summerton, Santee Cooper Regional Airport, Vance, St. Paul,
Davis Station, Mill Creek Marina and Campground, and Foreston.

This includes Interstate 95 between mile markers 100 and 117.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
