Mostly clear skies to start the day will become cloudy in the 
afternoon. Strong to severe thunderstorms are forecast between 
1300 and 1800 MDT which could bring erratic wind gusts up to 70 
mph and hail, in addition to locally heavy rainfall. A wetting rain
is likely if one of the stronger cells goes over the incident
