Gusty northwest winds arrive before sunrise this morning and will
persist through this afternoon, diminishing in the evening hours.
Gusts to 30 mph expected early this morning, peaking with gusts 
to 43 mph around noon. Gusts diminish into the 32 mph range by 
4pm, and to around 22 mph around sunset. MinRH this afternoon will
be around 40 percent. Expect poor RH recoveries tonight at around
50% with light down slope/valley winds overnight. MinRH values 
fall to the lower 20% range Friday with temperatures around 60 
degrees in the afternoon. Winds will be light through the day 
shifting from west to east by afternoon. Chambers
