* At 736 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 nm west of
  Niagara River, moving east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Thirty Mile Point, Niagara River, Olcott, Hamlin Beach, Wilson,
  Sunset Beach, and Fort Niagara.
