    The Upper and Lower Niagara River and Buffalo Harbor...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 722 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 25 nm west of
  Lewiston, or 26 nm southwest of Niagara River, moving east at 45
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Small Boat Harbor, Van Buren Point, Lake Erie Beach, Grand Island,
  Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point, Youngstown,
  Wanakah, Lewiston, Dunkirk, Athol Springs, Bayview, Sunset Bay, and
  Niagara River.
