A cold front will shift south out of Canada this morning and move through during the day. An isolated shower or two will be possible as winds shift northwesterly and trend back towards 20-25 mph gusts in the afternoon. Incoming dry air will push minimum relative humidity values to 30-40 percent during the afternoon. In particular, south-central Vermont has not seen as much rain over the last three to four days. However, we're still only about five to six days removed from the 1-2 inch soaker. So fire weather concerns will remain limited. Continued drying is expected towards Friday with wetter conditions favored over the weekend into early next week.
