Upper level ridge over the region will begin to breakdown 
Saturday/Sunday with passage of a weak trough to the north. Light 
diurnal valley winds, west-southwest in the afternoon, easterly in
the morning. With the ridge significantly weakened by Sunday, 
mixing (as well as ventilation) improves reaching 7000 AGL by 
Monday afternoon. Precipitation could occur as early as Tuesday 
afternoon however, Wednesday/Thursday have the best chance with 
CWR peaking at 30%. Our current forecast has around 0.50" of 
rainfall total Tuesday through Thursday though only about a 20% 
confidence in the timing and precip amount at this time.
