At 432 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, 
capable of producing winds to around 25 knots and small hail up to 
one half inch. This thunderstorm was located 25 nm northwest of 
Manistee Light, moving south at 25 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 25 knots, locally higher 
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek 
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
