INCREASED RELATIVE HUMIDITIES AND DECREASING WIND SPEEDS FOR THE
TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES

While winds are expected to remain breezy behind the frontal 
passage, RH humidity values are expected to increase to around 
60-70% across the majority of the Panhandles, decreasing fire 
weather risk.
