NORTHEASTERN CUMBERLAND...GOOCHLAND...NORTHWESTERN POWHATAN AND
SOUTHEASTERN FLUVANNA COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM EDT...

At 1014 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lakeside Village, or near Fork Union, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding 
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Columbia, Duncan, and Lakeside Village around 1020 PM EDT.
  Cartersville around 1025 PM EDT.
  Fife around 1030 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Orchid, Dixie, Sandy
Hook, Rock Castle, Stage Junction, Jefferson, Maidens, Provost, Three
Square, and Irwin.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
