...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM EDT FOR
MERCER COUNTY...

At 421 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 6
miles east of Greenville to over New Wilmington, or along a line from
15 miles northeast of Sharpsville to 8 miles southeast of Hermitage,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Hermitage, Grove City, Mercer, Stoneboro, West Middlesex, Sandy
  Lake, Clark, Fredonia, Jackson Center, New Lebanon and Maurice K
  Goddard State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
