* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 858 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Big Black
  Mountain, or 12 miles west of Norton, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Big Stone Gap, Appalachia, Duffield, Clinchport, Jasper, Fort
  Blackmore, Dryden, and Pattonsville.
