...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Big Walnut Creek near Reelsville.

.Heavy rainfall the second half of today has quickly brought 
flooding to Big Walnut Creek in the Reelsville area in Indiana.  
Flooding is likely to persist well into the day Tuesday, and with 
additional rainfall expected Tuesday and Tuesday night the warning 
may need to be extended further.  Please monitor for later updates.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

To escape rising water, take the shortest path to higher ground.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Big Walnut Creek near Reelsville.

* WHEN...From late tonight until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flooding of agricultural lands and 
  campgrounds occurs. High water surrounds a few river cabins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 PM EDT Monday the stage was 10.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after
    midnight tonight to 13.2 feet tomorrow morning. It will then
    fall below flood stage to 11.8 feet tomorrow evening. It will
    then rise above flood stage again late tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
