* WHAT...Heat index values up to 95 expected.

* WHERE...Western and Central Hillsborough, Eastern Hillsborough, 
  and Interior Rockingham Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 8 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat 
  illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...It will remain warm Tuesday night as 
  overnight lows only dip into the lower 70s.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose 
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning 
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
