* WHAT...For this morning's Freeze Warning, the Warning has been 
  cancelled due to temperatures warming above freezing. For 
  Wednesday's Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 22 
  expected.

* WHERE...Central Yampa River Basin and Lower Yampa River Basin.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 
  plumbing.
