  Northeastern Phillips County in northeastern Montana...
  Northwestern Valley County in northeastern Montana...

* Until 700 PM MDT.

* At 603 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles south of
  Whitewater, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable 
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 
           roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Malta, Whitewater, Saco, Tampico, Hinsdale, Loring, Port Of Morgan,
  Phillips, Vandalia, Sleeping Buffalo, Wagner, Frenchman Reservoir,
  Thoeny, and Bowdoin.
