...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM EDT
FOR WEST CENTRAL WORCESTER...HAMPSHIRE...SOUTHERN FRANKLIN AND
CENTRAL HAMPDEN COUNTIES...

At 620 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Wendell to near Amherst to West Springfield,
moving east at 70 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 610PM, trained spotters 
         reported multiple tree brances down in Cummington, MA.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Chicopee, Westfield, Holyoke, Amherst, Northampton, Deerfield,
Ludlow, Gardner, South Hadley, Holden, Easthampton, Belchertown,
Palmer, Spencer, Athol, Ware, Montague, Templeton, Rutland, and
Westminster.
