...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

As Typhoon Saudel northwest of the Marianas and Tropical Depression 
19W well northwest of Yap continue to move away from the region, 
this has allowed the tail end of the monsoon surge to weaken enough 
to no longer sustain strong swells and winds near Palau. As such, 
sea conditions have improved sufficiently to no longer pose a threat 
to small craft, so the Small Craft Advisory has been allowed to
expire.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 8 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The last pulse of the monsoon is expected to 
  continue to bring fresh to strong westerlies to Yap through 
  midnight tonight, producing sea conditions hazardous to small 
  craft. Conditions are expected to improve thereafter, allowing 
  winds and seas to fall below criteria level late tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, 
should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
