* WHAT...Southeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...City and Borough of Juneau, City and Borough of Sitka, and
  Western Kupreanof Island and Kuiu Island.

* WHEN...From 1 PM to 7 PM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
