* WHERE...Northern Lynn Canal.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Breezy southerly winds in Lynn Canal will
  increase early today. These southerly winds persist into
  Saturday afternoon.
