* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to less than 1 NM.

* WHERE...Northern Open Waters of Lake Michigan.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog was observed over the open waters
  from a ship west of Ludington MI at 600 PM CDT. Satellite data
  indicates this same fog extends over much of the northern open
  waters. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
